Photo Impressionistic Images In The Round by Stephen D’Agostino
In The Round is a photo impressionistic montage technique popularized by Pep Ventosa. A series of photographs are captured all around the subject and then brought together using an opacity blend.
I love the way this genre deconstructs the massing and environment of a scene by creating an image that represents the average of views all around the subject. The result is a stylized form of photo impressionism.
